By accessing and using the Finzsmart website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Finzsmart provides web development services including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Technical consultation and debugging
Frontend and backend development
Website maintenance and support
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
Provide necessary content, images, and materials for your project
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
Pay for services as per agreed terms
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and design created specifically for your project. However:
Finzsmart retains rights to reusable components, frameworks, and tools
Third-party libraries and plugins remain property of their respective owners
You may not resell or redistribute the code as a template or product
5. Payment Terms
Consultancy services are billed monthly in advance
Website development projects require 50% upfront payment
Final payment is due before website delivery
Late payments may result in service suspension
6. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
Complexity of requirements
Client feedback and approval speed
Scope changes during development
Availability of required content and materials
7. Warranty and Support
We provide:
Bug fixes for issues present at time of delivery (within support period)
Technical support as specified in your service plan
No warranty for third-party integrations or services
8. Limitation of Liability
Finzsmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
Payment for completed work is due
You receive deliverables for paid milestones
Ongoing support ends immediately
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

Finzsmart operates as a financial consultation and mediation platform offering advisory services under a member-based subscription model. Finzsmart is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and is not a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), lender, or financial institution.
Finzsmart does not provide loans, disburse funds, collect repayments, or participate in any loan sanctioning, disbursement, recovery, or post-disbursement process. Our role is strictly limited to financial consultation, application assistance, and submission of customer files to partnered banks and NBFCs, based on customer consent.
All loan approvals, rejections, sanction terms, interest rates, tenure, fees, disbursement amounts, and repayment obligations are determined solely by the respective banks or NBFCs in accordance with their internal credit policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. Once a customer file is submitted, the entire loan process is conducted directly between the customer and the respective bank or NBFC, and Finzsmart has no control over or influence on the final outcome.
Any pre-approval, eligibility result, or indicative offer displayed on the Finzsmart website, mobile application, or communicated during consultation is purely indicative and subject to document verification, credit assessment, and final approval by the concerned bank or NBFC. Finzsmart does not guarantee loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, or disbursement timelines.
By using Finzsmart’s services, customers expressly acknowledge and agree that Finzsmart shall not be held liable for any decision, delay, modification, or action taken by banks or NBFCs, including but not limited to loan rejection, revised terms, delayed disbursement, or changes in eligibility criteria.
